Professor Lucretia Delphinus teaches Wish Identification class at Starling Academy. She helps the girls figure out how to tell what kind of wish is which and how to find the Wisher when they get to Wishworld. She is very tiny but tough, and she likes to sit on the edge of a table when she lectures so she doesn't seem so small. The problem is she sometimes has to try jumping two or three times to make it up onto the table!
